our stay here was really great, nice comfy base for exploring manila. location: the hotel was very close to shopping mall, train station, zoo, train station and zoo. it also was close to everything. we had an excellent and clean room. everyone from the staff was kind.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the LRT station and close to everything you need. The room had a balcony with outstanding views and the sofa bed was amazing. The breakfast provided was good and the internet connection was reliable. The supermarket on the ground floor was also a convenient feature.
The management of the hotel was rude and not accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Residences 1 Bedroom With Balcony. The multiple beds provided were comfortable and spacious. The free breakfast for 2 pax was a great addition and the food was delicious. The location was excellent, with easy access to shopping malls, the train station, and the zoo. The bellboy and security staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was also stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Clean room with all essentials included. Free breakfast and unlimited drinking water. Great ocean view from the small balcony. Staff is nice and responsive. Convenient location with a supermarket on the ground floor. Good internet connection.

No restaurant sitting breakfast but breakfast is sent to the room. Some staff, like bellboy and security, were pleasant. Excellent location with easy access to shopping mall, train station, and zoo. Security guards at the main counter could be friendlier and more helpful. Wi-Fi is good and there is a supermarket on the ground floor.
